Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. They govern the relationship between you and Landon A New Location and define your rights and responsibilities when using our services. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

1. Scope of Services

 

Landon A New Location acts as an agent for third-party travel suppliers (Suppliers) such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and car rental companies. We do not own, control, or operate these Suppliers.

  • Our Responsibility: Our role is to facilitate the booking of travel services on your behalf. We exercise reasonable care in selecting reputable Suppliers.

  • Supplier Responsibility: The services provided by Suppliers are subject to their own terms and conditions, which may limit or exclude their liability to you. We strongly advise you to review these separate terms.

 

2. Booking, Payments, and Confirmation

 

 

A. Prices and Quotes

 

All prices quoted are subject to availability and can change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid for in full. Quotes do not guarantee a price.

 

B.  Payment & Fee

 

  • Service Fee: A service fee will be added to the order prior to payment​

  • Final Payment: The final payment is due the date of booking

 

C. Booking Confirmation

 

A booking is confirmed only upon our issuance of a confirmation email and receipt of the required full payment.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

 

 

A. Cancellation by the Client

 

All cancellations must be submitted to the Agency in writing. Cancellation will be effective on the date of our receipt of the written notification.

  • Agency Fees: Regardless of the timing, all cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the service fee.

  • Supplier Fees: You are also subject to the cancellation policy and fees imposed by the third-party Suppliers. Supplier fees can be up to 100% of the booking cost, especially closer to the departure date.

  • No Show: Failure to check-in for any flight, hotel, or tour is considered a "no show," and no refund will be issued.

 

B. Changes to Booking by the Client

 

Any changes requested after booking confirmation (e.g., name changes, date changes) may incur administrative fees from both the Agency  and the Suppliers. Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to Supplier availability.

 

C. Cancellation by the Agency or Supplier

 

In the rare event a Supplier cancels a trip, we will make every effort to find a comparable alternative. If no suitable alternative is available, or if you choose not to accept the alternative, the Supplier's terms govern the refund amount. We assume no liability for any changes or cancellations initiated by the Supplier.

 

4. Documentation and Responsibility

 

 

A. Client Responsibility

 

The Client is solely responsible for obtaining and possessing all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other entry permits. Failure to have the correct documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, with no refund issued.

 

B. Travel Insurance

 

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings to protect against financial loss due to cancellation, medical emergencies, unforeseen expenses, and baggage loss. We can provide quotes for insurance, but the purchase decision and ensuring adequate coverage remain the sole responsibility of the Client.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

The Agency is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the act, omission, or negligence of any Supplier or independent contractor, nor are we responsible for acts of God, war, terrorism, government restrictions, or any other force majeure event.

Maximum Liability: In the event the Agency is found liable for any loss, our liability will be limited to the amount of commission or service fee we received in connection with your booking.

 

6. Privacy Policy

 

We are committed to protecting your personal information. All information collected is used solely for the purpose of booking your travel and is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website at our Privacy Policy Page. 

 

7. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado and the country of United States.
