
Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Service Fees
All service fees charged by Landon A New Location for travel consulting, planning, booking, and administrative processing are strictly non-refundable.
This fee is compensation for the time and expertise used to research, plan, book, and manage your trip, regardless of whether the trip is ultimately completed. This includes, but is not limited to:

Initial consultation fees.

Booking fees.
-
Cancellation processing fees.

Itinerary change fees.
2. Refunds for Travel Services
Refunds for the cost of travel services (e.g., flights, hotels, tours, cruises, car rentals) are governed solely by the terms and conditions of the third-party travel suppliers (Airlines, Hotels, Cruise Lines, etc.).

Supplier Policies Govern: The Agency must adhere strictly to the refund policies set by the individual Supplier for each segment of your itinerary. We cannot override or make exceptions to these policies.

Non-Refundable Purchases: Many discounted fares, promotional packages, and last-minute bookings are 100% non-refundable by the Supplier. You will be informed of these conditions at the time of booking.

Agency Assistance: We will act as your intermediary to secure any refund or travel credit that the Supplier is legally obligated to provide based on their policy.
Refund Process and Timing

Written Request Required: All refund requests must be submitted to the Agency in writing (via email to landon@landonanewlocation.com).

Processing Time: Once we submit your request to the Supplier, the time it takes to receive the funds back is entirely dependent on the Supplier. This process can take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks or longer, particularly during peak travel or large-scale disruption events.

Method of Refund: Refunds, when issued, will be returned to the original form of payment used for the booking.
3. Cancellations and Changes Initiated by the Client
If you cancel or make changes to your trip:

Forfeiture of Service Fee: Your initial Agency service fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Fees: You may be subject to additional cancellation or change fees imposed by both the Supplier and the Agency (as outlined in our Terms & Conditions).

Supplier Documentation: We will provide you with documentation of the Supplier's cancellation policy and any fees incurred upon request.
4. Trip Interruption or Cancellation by Supplier/Force Majeure
In the event your trip is cancelled or significantly altered due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, airline bankruptcy, political unrest):

The Agency service fee remains non-refundable.

We will assist you in obtaining either a monetary refund or a future travel credit, as dictated by the Supplier’s specific policy regarding Force Majeure or extraordinary circumstances.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance is designed to protect you financially against unforeseen events, including circumstances that lead to trip cancellation, often covering losses that are otherwise non-refundable by the Supplier or the Agency.
